What Happens To The Information We Collect? The survey responses we collect are compiled with the other responses we receive, and used in summaries when writing research reports for our clients. We DO NOT share, rent or sell any of your personal information, like name, e-mail, date of birth, address. We use your name and e-mail address to alert of you new survey opportunities, and to PayPal you payment for surveys you've completed. How To Control The Information You Share With Us If you decide that you'd like to delete your profile from our records, or that you'd no logner like to receive e-mail from us, you may do so by e-mailing us at info@ocragency.com . If you receive a survey invitation from us, you do not have to respond. If you decide that you'd like to stop taking a survey after you've already begun, you may do so at any time. You are in no way obligated to complete our surveys. However please understand that you will not be compensated for partially completed surveys. How We Protect The Information You Share With Us Once your data has been collected, it's transferred to a computer that isn't connected to the Internet. At this point it's secure at all times. Only 2 senior level employees at Online Consumer Research Agency have access to survey data. Each one has signed a confidentiality agreement that your information will not be shared. Our Usage of Cookies We use cookies to keep track of users who have already taken a survey. Cookies will prevent users from taking a specific survey more than once. Our Usage of Log File Data Nearly all web site servers maintain a log file containing basic information on who visits a site. This isn't information that can be automatically linked to any one individual, so your private details are never compromised.
