Frequently Asked Question's

How are people chosen to take a survey?

First you'll take a pre-qualification survey.

Pre-qualification surveys basically help us generate a good mix of participants for the actual survey. We want people who have different backgrounds/experiences and who come from a variety of geographic locations. So pre-qualifiying you is a vital step in the process.

If you've been chosen from the pre-qualification survey you will be e-mailed details about the actual survey. We'll tell you what type of survey it is (telephone or web based), how much you'll be paid, and how long it'll take you to complete.

How long does it take to complete a survey?

An internet-based survey can take anywhere from 5-20 minutes to complete, depending on the topic.

We also conduct in-depth telephone surveys which last 30-90 minutes. You will be told in advance of the time commitment for telephone surveys.

Do I have to be based in the United States to take a survey?

No. We accept participants from around the world.

In fact, we run surveys that require participants in specific geographic regions around the world.

If a survey has a specific geographic demands we'll tell you before you take the pre-qualification survey.

If I'm invited to take a survey do I have to complete it?

No. Completing one of our surveys is a completely optional process. If you don't want to do it, don't do it.

If you start a survey, and find that you'd rather not complete it, don't complete it.

How much do I get paid to take a survey?

Depending on the survey you'll receive anywhere from $1-$30.

However please be aware that you will not be paid for pre-qualification surveys.

When will I get paid once I've completed a survey?

What are my survey responses used for?

And remember, your responses aren't examined on an individual basis. They're compiled with thousands of others. So please don't hesitate to be honest with your opinions.
